Founder and Chief Executive.
Mackline, the Founder and Executive Director of VitalCareConnect, is dedicated to improving maternal and infant healthcare for underserved pregnant women and infants in rural Uganda. Through mobile clinics, she ensures essential healthcare reaches remote areas. Her outstanding work earned her recognition as a winner in the 2023 Savvy Fellowship Program. With a Social Sciences degree and life coaching certification, Mackline's expertise empowers underserved communities for healthier lives. She also works as a character transformational trainer at the Social Innovation Academy (SINA), focusing on empowering Youth.

Financial Coordinator
Afrah holding a bachelor degree in business Administration has 3 years in business management. She has served over one year in Vital Care Connect as Financial coordinator.
Arinaitwe Andrew
Legal Coordinator.
Andrew is a co- founder Vital Care Connect. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Development. He has served over two years as legal protector in Vital Care Connect.
Nakanjja Lilian
Mid-wife
Lilian has worked for 2 years as a midwife in Vital Care Connect. She previously worked with public Kagongo Health Facility IV for 5 years experiences. Her outstanding work has supported her to serve over 5000 clients in maternal and infant health care services
Kembabazi Agatha
Program Coordinator:
Agatha works as a program coordinator at Vital Care Connect. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Education. She has served over seven years in teaching and 2 years in community engagement. Her outstanding work and transformation earned her recognition as community educator at the district level
Birungi Lillian
Program Mobiliser & Outreach coordinator
Lillian has worked as Community health team for 10 years. Her experience lies in understanding culture and beliefs of communities. Lillian plays her role in community mobilization and how to engage different parties into the organization for mutual benefits.
