The Leadership Development Bootcamp (LDB) aims to assist women tech entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) who are aspiring or high-potential. The program offers mentorship, industry access, market perspectives, and a “Founder Development” platform to help them create successful ventures. This, in turn, can generate local knowledge jobs and secure the future of jobs in Uganda.
Vital Care Connect (Kobusingye Mackline) was selected among 12 social ventures in technology out of 60 applicants to benefit from this program.
