Nutritional Porridge
Vital care Connect combats malnutrition and improves maternal and infant health in rural Uganda by providing nutritious porridge blends, essential birth kits, and employment opportunities for local women.
Safety Birth Kit
We provide low-cost Safety Birth kit that are clean to pregnant women in rural/underserved community
Antenatal services
Vital Care Connect provide antenatal services which include pregnancy check-ups, delivery services, screening and medication and referrals to pregnant mothers in rural communities
Post natal services
Vital Care Connect has a package of postnatal services to mothers and their new borns for a period of one year which include immunisation services, family planning information and referrals.
Antenatal & postnatal Tracker
Vital Care Connect helps deliver reminder for antenatal and postnatal care like regular pregnancy checks, immunization session schedule, and family planning thus preventing vaccine-preventable deaths.
Health Information & Medical Support
We support pregnant women with health information and medical advice on how they can manage and treat Pregnancy complications
